Accepting eager and adventurous scouts from Paw Paw and the surrounding area, Troop 169 has been active in Paw Paw for more than 20 years, producing numerous Eagle Scouts. The scouts strive to learn all that BSA Scouting has to offer, build comradery and lasting friendships among the troop and the community and then put what they’ve learned and experienced back into the troop and community.

Troop 169 shares in the mission of the Boy Scouts of America, to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and, in other ways, to prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime in achieving their full potential. The values we strive to instill are based on those found in the Scout Oath and Law.
